kirabug’s ideaphiles forum
Here’s a beta of a forum for those of you who’ve been looking for one.
In theory, when I post this, the comments are going to automatically show up in there along with this thread, and when you comment in the forum they’ll show up under the comments here too.
In practice, all bets are off. That’s why it’s called a beta.

OK, so the best I can do about the wrong numbers is teach this thing to write the word “Reply!” in its place. Hrm. Ah well. Might work on that more later.

In a fit of sanity, the folks at bbpress decided we didn’t need a “gatekeeper” class of user. And unlike phpbb I can’t (currently) edit the role display to make someone a “gatekeeper” class user. Would make an interesting plugin though. Hrm.
