		<description>I read it more as &quot;if you&#039;re upset because you&#039;re such a bubblehead, stop being a bubblehead and don&#039;t blame your bubbleheadedness on your &lt;em&gt;personality&lt;/em&gt;.&quot; Everyone has a personality, but since it&#039;s not set in stone you don&#039;t get the luxury of saying that this or that happened to you or you did this or that because it&#039;s part of your personality. 

Or put another way, if your personality is currently that of a big fat jerk, stop being a jerk and nobody will think that&#039;s your personality anymore.</description>
